It's a Balancing Act...Literally.

I can barely balance my tray at Panera, much less products, animals or textiles--on my head. Not surprisingly, I am jaw-dropping amazed every time I see these women during my travels winding down pockmarked cobblestone streets dodging cars and tuk-tuks with giant loads on their heads-- often with small children in tow.  Women are amazing across the globe, but these women in particular deserve an extra nod. Don't you think? Here are a few faves from my personal collection... 

 

Chips, plants, chickens, blankets...What other things have you seen women carrying on their heads during your travels? I would love to see them!
